Responsibilities: Sales reception and telephone answering duties. Provide exceptional customer service including rapid resolution of customer concerns. Track promotional inventory and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications: Minimum High school diploma or equivalent; Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills necessary. Must be self-starter who is detail oriented, accurate and very reliable. Ability to multitask and be a team player.
